Machining waste recovery

Integrated aluminum chip recycling line

Collect, shred, de-oil, dry and convey aluminum chips to recover cutting fluid and prepare cleaner feed for briquetting or remelting.

Request a technical proposal

Aluminum chips from CNC machining, sawing, automotive parts, 3C products and profile processing often contain cutting fluid, oil, moisture and debris. Chouno provides an integrated route that reduces manual handling and improves chip cleanliness, transport efficiency and downstream value.

Typical system scope

Collect
Centralized hoppers and conveyors.
Shred
Reduce tangled chips and offcuts.
De-oil
Centrifugal separation and fluid recovery.
Dry
Reduce residual moisture and oil.
Convey
Transfer consistent feed downstream.

Recover cutting fluid

Separate and return reusable fluid while reducing loss and wastewater-treatment load.

Improve chip value

Cleaner, drier chips are easier to transport and prepare for briquetting or remelting.

Automate handling

Connect multiple machining points to centralized recycling equipment and downstream storage.

Published capability context: Chouno's centrifugal-dehydration-machine information states a maximum throughput of approximately 6 tonnes per hour, with post-dehydration moisture typically around 1% and up to 2%. Actual results depend on chip geometry, feed condition, fluid type and operating settings.

Typical industries

Automotive components

Machining and wheel-manufacturing chips with cutting fluid.

3C and electronics

High-volume aluminum machining waste from consumer-electronics production.

Aluminum processing

Profile plants, foundries and secondary-aluminum recyclers.

Frequently asked questions

Which aluminum chips can the line process?

The system can be evaluated for loose, tangled or short aluminum chips from CNC machining, sawing, automotive, wheel, profile and electronics production.

Can cutting fluid be recovered?

Centrifugal separation can recover part of the cutting fluid for treatment or reuse, depending on fluid condition and plant requirements.

Is briquetting included?

Briquetting can be evaluated as a downstream option. The required route depends on chip condition, logistics and the selected remelting process.

Discuss your aluminum chip project
