Recover cutting fluid
Separate and return reusable fluid while reducing loss and wastewater-treatment load.
Collect, shred, de-oil, dry and convey aluminum chips to recover cutting fluid and prepare cleaner feed for briquetting or remelting.
Request a technical proposalAluminum chips from CNC machining, sawing, automotive parts, 3C products and profile processing often contain cutting fluid, oil, moisture and debris. Chouno provides an integrated route that reduces manual handling and improves chip cleanliness, transport efficiency and downstream value.
Separate and return reusable fluid while reducing loss and wastewater-treatment load.
Cleaner, drier chips are easier to transport and prepare for briquetting or remelting.
Connect multiple machining points to centralized recycling equipment and downstream storage.
Machining and wheel-manufacturing chips with cutting fluid.
High-volume aluminum machining waste from consumer-electronics production.
Profile plants, foundries and secondary-aluminum recyclers.
Provide material photos, chip geometry, oil and moisture condition, machine count, daily volume, available floor space and downstream route. Chouno can evaluate a centralized or point-of-use system.
| Material | Chip type, photos, typical dimensions, bulk density and foreign material. |
|---|---|
| Fluid condition | Oil/coolant type, inlet moisture, recovery or wastewater objective. |
| Production basis | Machine count, hourly and daily chip volume, shifts and peak variation. |
| Downstream route | Storage, briquetting, furnace type, conveying distance and elevation. |
| Plant interfaces | Layout, power, controls, maintenance access and environmental requirements. |
The system can be evaluated for loose, tangled or short aluminum chips from CNC machining, sawing, automotive, wheel, profile and electronics production.
Centrifugal separation can recover part of the cutting fluid for treatment or reuse, depending on fluid condition and plant requirements.
Briquetting can be evaluated as a downstream option. The required route depends on chip condition, logistics and the selected remelting process.
Send material photos, fluid condition, daily volume and the downstream route. Chouno will identify the remaining data needed for a process proposal.
